Custom Gnome 3 settings.

Configure a Gnome 3 setting if it is not included in current Gnome 3 policy.
The GP schema format should be:
schema id:key name
Example:
Gnome schema:key org.gnome.desktop.sound:theme-name
Data freedesktop

Note:
Custom setting has lower priority. If you already specified a setting
in existing policy, the same setting in custom setting won't take effect
