Use user credential to retrieve user policy

Use user credential to retrieve user policy.

By default, user policy is retrieved using machine credential. If computer object has no permission to access user group policy object, user policy will not be applied.

To use user credential to retrieve user policy, set this parameter to true.

Default is false.
