Enable Power Nap while on battery power

Enable to set the computer to enable Power Nap while on battery power.

NOTE: not all Mac machines have the Power Nap option. Please visit the Apple support website to check which Mac machines have the Power Nap option.

Once enabled, this policy can take effect dynamically at the next group policy refresh interval.
