Disallow all Internet sharing

Enable this group policy to turn OFF all Internet connection sharing between the local computer and other machines. Setting this policy prevents the local machine from acting as a router or being used as a DHCP or DNS server.

Internet sharing will remain off until you manually start it on the local computer. Setting this policy to Not Configured or Disabled has no effect.

Once enabled, this group can take effect dynamically at the next group policy refresh interval.
