Summary: List of Labels and their associated colors

Description:
List of labels known to the mail component of Evolution. The list contains strings containing name:color where color uses the HTML hex encoding.

Default: ['I_mportant:#EF2929', '_Work:#F57900', '_Personal:#4E9A06', '_To Do:#3465A4', '_Later:#75507B']
Note:
In the array, there must be one and only one while space behind the comma(,).
Or else, the default value can't be restored
