Force per tty authentication in dzdo

Specify authentication once per-tty required rather than once per user.

By default, if this group policy is not configured, dzdo stores an authentication ticket once per user.

This policy modifies the dzdo.tty_tickets setting in the Centrify DirectControl configuration file.
