PASV is a passive mode for the ftp protocol. If you disable this policy it will use ftp active mode.
Enable this policy to use the passive mode for ftp.
Once enabled, this policy can take effect dynamically at the next group policy refresh interval.
NOTE: The "Enable network location" group policy in this particular location must be enabled for this policy to take effect.
