This policy setting controls whether users can save PowerPoint 2007 presentations as outlines in non-PowerPoint formats.
If you enable this policy setting, users will not be able to save PowerPoint 2007 presentations as outline files with the listed extensions.
If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, PowerPoint 2007 users can save presentations as outlines that can be opened in other applications. PowerPoint can save outline files with the following extensions:
- .rtf
- .txt
- .doc
- .wpd
- .docx
- .docm
- .wps
