This text is displayed to users who receive a rights-managed e-mail message that their e-mail management program does not recognize as being rights-managed. By default, the following is displayed to users when their e-mail management program does not recognize that an e-mail message is rights-managed:
'If you are not running an e-mail application that supports messages with restricted permission, such as Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or 2007, you can view this message by downloading the Rights Management Add-on for Windows Internet Explorer from' followed by a URL for downloading the rights management add-on.
You can customize the text so that a different message is displayed to recipients in this scenario. The text is set in the registry of the e-mail sender's computer.
