Disable commands

This policy setting allows you to disable any command bar button and menu item with a command bar ID, including command bar buttons and menu items that are not in the predefined lists.

If you enable this policy setting, you can enter an ID number to disable a specific command bar button or menu item. A list of IDs is available at http://r.office.microsoft.com/r/rlidGroupPolicyDownldCtrlIDs2?clid=en-us.

If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, all default command bar buttons or menu items are available to users.
