Programmatic Access Security

By default, Outlook prompts users about suspicious programmatic activity only when valid antivirus software is not detected on the user's computer. You can change the behavior by configuring this setting to either never display the warning messages or always display the warning messages, regardless of whether valid antivirus software is installed.
