This policy setting controls whether users can design InfoPath 2007 forms that use custom code.
If you enable this policy setting, users cannot add managed code or scripts to form templates.
If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, users can design new InfoPath 2007 forms that use custom code to add interactivity and other functionality to forms. Designers can add managed code written in C# and Visual Basic .NET, as well as scripts written in Jscript and VBScript.
