When Office Diagnostics finishes, a Web page is launched that provides the user with additional steps they can take to make their system more stable. By default, this is a Microsoft Web page that provides more information about diagnostic results and can help users create an incident with Microsoft Product Support. However, users can be directed to a Help Desk Web site on your intranet instead by setting this policy to the Web site's URL.
