Do not allow users to change permissions on folders

This policy setting controls whether Outlook 2007 users can change the access permission on folders that they control.

If you enable this policy setting, Outlook 2007 users cannot change permissions on folders; the settings on the Permissions tab are disabled. Enabling this setting does not affect existing permissions.

If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, Outlook 2007 users can change the permissions for folders under their control by using the Permissions tab of the Properties dialog box for the folder, or by sending a sharing message.
