Enable NCFSD.SYS Debug

Enables debug logging for the Novell XTier NCP File System Provider, NCFSD.DLL. Debug logging requires the use of DebugView (available from http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896647.aspx). A reboot is required for the settings to take effect. After a reboot, login and run DebugView as Administrator. Set to 1 to enable NCFSD debugging.
