Enable 802.1x Debugging

To enable 802.1x debugging, set this value to 0x1. The log files will be named "NOVEAP---DEBUG.LOG" or NOVEAP--DEBUG.LOG", and will be located in the "%ProgramData%\ Novell\Client\Log\" directory. By default, this directory is hidden. See TID 7005241.
