Enables debug logging for the OpenSLP User Agent Library, LIBSLP.DLL. Set the value to 3. If it does not already exist, create the "OpenSLP" subkey manually. A reboot is required in order to begin generating the debug log. The debug log will be generated as "LIBSLP*.LOG" in the \ProgramData\ Novell\Client\Log\ directory.
