Enable XTSVCMGR.EXE Debug

Enables debug logging for the XTier Service Manager, XTSVCMGR.EXE. To enable debugging, set the value to 3. If it does not already exist, create the "XTSVCMGR" subkey manually. A reboot is required in order to begin generating the debug log. The debug log will be generated as "XTSVCMGR*.LOG" in the \ProgramData\ Novell\Client\Log\ directory.

This debug feature is available in Novell Client 2 SP3 for Windows (IR6) and later.
