Enable the Novell Logon option when logging on to the computer. Setting "Login With Non-Novell Credential Provider" to "On" (Yes) and setting "Novell Logon" to "Off" (0) achieves the same functionality on Windows 7/2008/8/2012 as the "PassiveModeNDSLogin" configuration achieved on Windows XP/2003.
