Restrict which users are allowed to sign in to Vivaldi
Contains a regular expression which is used to determine which users can sign in to Vivaldi.
An appropriate error is displayed if a user tries to log in with a username that does not match this pattern.
If this policy is left not set or blank, then any user can sign in to Vivaldi.
