Allow fullscreen mode.
This policy controls the availability of fullscreen mode in which all Vivaldi UI is hidden and only web content is visible.
If this policy is set to true or not not configured, the user, apps and extensions with appropriate permissions can enter fullscreen mode.
If this policy is set to false, neither the user nor any apps or extensions can enter fullscreen mode.
On all platforms except Vivaldi OS, kiosk mode is unavailable when fullscreen mode is disabled.
