If you enable this setting, then all pop-ups that are opened from a page shown in IE Tab will be opened in a new tab instead of a pop-up window. Note: This has no effect if the "Open pop-ups with Chrome" option is not checked. In that case, all pop-ups are opened in a separate IE window.
If you disable this setting, then pop-up windows will open in a separate window.
