If you enable this setting, then IE Tab can only be used with URLs that are Auto URLs. If a link is clicked while in IE Tab and that URL is not an Auto URL, then the URL will be opened in Chrome instead of IE Tab.
If you disable this setting, then any URL can be loaded in IE Tab, and links that are clicked within IE Tab will open within IE Tab.
