This policy turns off most hooks when remoting Hosted Apps or when using Unity Touch. It is intended to be used for applications that have compatibility or performance issues when OS-level hooks are set. For example, this setting disables use of most Windows active accessibility and in-process hooks. This policy is disabled by default, meaning that we use all of our preferred hooks by default.
