Enable Unauthenticated Access to the server

This setting controls whether the user is required to enter credentials in order to access their applications using the Horizon client. When enabled, Unauthenticated Access is always requested from the server, however the client may fall back to other authentication methods if Unauthenticated Access is not available. When disabled, users are always required to enter their credentials to login and access their applications. When not configured, Unauthenticated Access can be enabled by the user in the Horizon client UI.
