This policy controls the behavior when a Hosted App is launched but an existing instance of the application is already running inside of a disconnected protocol session. When disabled, the existing instance of the application will be activated. When enabled, the existing instance of the application will only be activated if the command-line parameters match. The default value of this policy is disabled.
