Display (enable) or hide (disable) the blacklist management buttons on the toolbar.
Set this option to Disabled if you do not want users to add addresses to, or remove addresses from, the ASSP blacklist.
NB: The blacklisting facility is available only in ASSP version 1.5.1.7 or later, so you should disable this setting if you are running an earlier version of ASSP.
