ASSP Block Report address
The email username to use for requesting ASSP for a block report.
This is the same as the ASSP 'Request Block Report' Email Interface setting.
NB: The block report facility is available only in ASSP version 1.5.x or later.
Supported on: Outlook XP or higher and ASSP version 1.5.x or later.
