Display (enable) or hide (disable) the personal blacklist management and report buttons on the toolbar.
Set this option to Disabled if you do not want users to add addresses to, or remove addresses from, their ASSP personal blacklist.
NB: The personal blacklisting facility is available only in ASSP version 2.1.2.12105 or later, so you should disable this setting if you are running an earlier version of ASSP.
