This policy setting allows the creation of ANSI OST files.
If you enable this policy setting, then all new OST files for an Outlook profile will be in ANSI format.
If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, then new ANSI OST files cannot be created.
Profiles with multiple Exchange accounts will always create Unicode OST files, regardless of this policy setting.
