Specify delay before sending people search request

This policy setting is used for the Outlook instant people search only when powered by Office Communicator.

If you enable this policy setting, you may specify the delay in milliseconds between when the user stops (or pauses) typing in the "find a contact" box in Outlook and the application sends a search request to Office Communicator.

If you disable or do not configure this setting, the default delay is 250 milliseconds (0.25 seconds).
