If this setting is enabled then the user will not be able to view managers of other groups by using the Lookup Managers For Group option under the Tools menu.
If this setting is disabled or not configured then the user will see the Lookup Manager For Group item within the Help menu and will be able to use it to view managers of other groups in their domain.
