Check for updates on launch

If this setting is enabled then each time Group Manager is launched it will query a file on the web server to see if a newer version of the application is available, if there is then the user will be notified and asked if they want to download the new version now.

If this setting is disabled the application will only check for updates if the user selects the Check For Updates option from the Help menu.

If this setting is not configured, the setting that the user has configured in the Options window will take effect.
