If this setting is enabled then when a user views a managed group, they will not see the option to view other managers that have also been set as the group's manager via the Exchange admin tools (or any other tool that adds users to the MsExchCoManagedByLink LDAP attribute of the group)
If this setting is disabled or not configured then the user will be able to view other managers from within the Group Manager application.
