Disable keep signed in if signing in via SSO (Recommendation Setting)

Default policy is false.

If this policy is true, user needs to input SSO credential for every time of Zoom application launch.

If this policy is false, client will keep signed in if signing in via SSO.

If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
