Delay printer creation

This value specifies the time (in seconds) that AutoConnect will wait between creating the user's default printer and creating the other printers. It is also applied if AutoConnect has been configured not to create the default printer.

AutoConnect will add a random value between 0 and 10 seconds on top of PrinterCreationDelay. If PrinterCreationDelay is 0, no delay is used at all.

Example: Enter 30 in the delay field, and AutoConnect will wait between 30s minimum and 40s maximum - for instance 35,7 seconds.
