Specify alert interval for web extensions

This policy setting allows you to specify the alert interval Outlook uses before disabling a web extension during initialization. The alert interval controls how often Office checks on memory and CPU usage for a running web extension.

If you enable this policy setting, you can specify the alert interval for web extensions. If the web extension requires more than the specified memory alert threshold when the memory or CPU check occurs, Outlook disables the web extension.

If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, Outlook uses the default alert interval of 5 seconds. This alert interval overrides the WEF alert interval. The maximum alert interval is 600 seconds, and the minimum alert interval is 5 seconds.
