Shortcuts policy allows an administrator to manage shortcuts of any type that can be configured manually on a computer, including Shell, File System, and URL shortcuts. Default target locations are provided, however any path may be specified. Computer policy shortcut settings that target user profile locations, such as Desktop are placed into the Default User profile.
