Printers policy allows an administrator to manage printer configurations for users and computers. Computer policy supports automatic TCP/IP printer setup. User Policy supports this as well as the mapping of shared printers. TCP/IP printers act as local printers and are available to all users of the computer. Shared printers are available only to the users for whom the policy is applied.
