Prevent the configuration of cipher strength update information URLs

This policy setting prevents the configuration of cipher strength update information URLs. When you log on to secure pages, access cannot be granted unless your Internet browser connects with a prespecified encryption. To ensure that your browser meets this requirement, this policy setting allows you to specify the URL to update your browser security setting.

If you enable this policy setting, the user will not be able to configure the cipher strength update information URL. You must specify the cipher strength update information URL.

If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, the user can configure the cipher strength update information URL.
