Cache Database Location
This setting is used to set the path where the Offline Access database resides.
NOTE: A full local path must be provided. Network shares are not supported.
If no path is defined here, then the default path configured during installation will be used. Typically the default path is the user's Application Data path.
If this setting is not configured or disabled, then the user's preference or the default path configured during installation is used.
