Met deze beleidsinstelling wordt bepaald of e-mailberichten die vanuit Outlook naar het bestandssysteem worden gesleept, worden opgeslagen in de Unicode-indeling of in de ANSI-indeling.
Als u deze beleidsinstelling inschakelt of niet configureert, en gebruikers slepen een e-mailbericht van Outlook naar het bestandssysteem, wordt in Outlook de Unicode-standaard voor het maken van tekencodering gebruikt om het berichtbestand te maken, waardoor speciale tekens in het bericht behouden blijven.
Als u deze beleidsinstelling uitschakelt, en gebruikers slepen een e-mailbericht van Outlook naar het bestandssysteem, wordt het berichtbestand gemaakt in de ANSI-indeling.
