Automatisch opslaan standaard uitschakelen in PowerPoint

Met deze beleidsinstelling kunt u de functie Automatisch opslaan standaard uitschakelen in PowerPoint. Met Automatisch opslaan worden alle wijzigingen die een gebruiker aanbrengt in bestanden op OneDrive, OneDrive voor Bedrijven of SharePoint Online, automatisch opgeslagen.

Als u deze beleidsinstelling inschakelt, is Automatisch opslaan standaard uitgeschakeld in PowerPoint. Maar de gebruiker kan Automatisch opslaan voor PowerPoint inschakelen door naar Bestand > Opties > Opslaan te gaan. Of de gebruiker kan Automatisch opslaan inschakelen voor een specifiek PowerPoint-bestand met behulp van de wisselknop Automatisch opslaan in de titelbalk.

Als u deze beleidsinstelling uitschakelt of niet configureert, is Automatisch opslaan standaard ingeschakeld, maar kan de gebruiker Automatisch opslaan uitschakelen door naar Bestand > Opties > Opslaan te gaan of met behulp van de wisselknop Automatisch opslaan.

Opmerking: deze beleidsinstelling is alleen van toepassing op abonnementsversies van Office, zoals Microsoft 365-apps voor ondernemingen.
