When this policy is enabled the Disable Chat Menu configuration is enforced at the Student Machine. This prevents the Student from initiating a Chat session with a Tutor. However, the Tutor can still open a Chat session with the Student.
If this policy is disabled or left as {not configured} then this policy is not applied to the Student.
