Si se habilita esta política, se activará PluginVm en el dispositivo siempre y cuando los demás ajustes también lo permitan. A PluginVmAllowed y UserPluginVmAllowed se les debe haber asignado el valor "True", y PluginVmLicenseKey o PluginVmUserId deben haberse configurado para que se puede ejecutar PluginVm.
Si se inhabilita esta política o no se le asigna ningún valor, no se activará PluginVm en el dispositivo.
