Permite al usuario ejecutar PluginVm.
Si se le asigna el valor "false" a esta política o no se le asigna ninguno, PluginVm no estará habilitado para el usuario.
Si se le asigna el valor "true", PluginVm estará habilitado para el usuario (si los demás ajustes lo permiten). A PluginVmAllowed y UserPluginVmAllowed se les debe haber asignado el valor "true", y PluginVmLicenseKey o PluginVmUserId deben haberse configurado para que PluginVm pueda ejecutarse.
