使用此策略设置，可以配置当用户单击其他应用程序中的链接时如何在 Internet Explorer 中打开窗口。

如果启用此策略设置，则用户无法配置当单击其他应用程序中的链接时如何在 Internet Explorer 中打开窗口。必须指定以下选项之一:
• 在一个现有的 Internet Explorer 窗口中打开。如果启用了标签页浏览，则在此情况下，会创建一个新的标签页。
• 打开一个新的 Internet Explorer 窗口。

如果禁用或未配置此策略设置，则用户可以配置当单击其他应用程序中的链接时如何打开窗口。
