Make Start8 button open Windows 8 start menu rather than Windows 7 style

This policy allows you to control the action the Start8 taskbar button performs.

Enabling this policy will make the start8 button open the Windows 8 start menu.

If you do not configure this policy setting then it defaults to opening the Windows 7 style menu.
