Enables or disables the use of Triple-DES 128.

Changing this setting will have an effect on whether the following ciphers can be selected for use:

SSL_CK_DES_192_EDE_CBC_WITH_MD5
TLS_DHE_DSS_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA
TLS_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA
