This setting specifies whether to allow end users to change the specified default handler (PDF viewer). When end users are prohibited from setting Reader as the default PDF viewer, the corresponding settings "Check default PDF Viewer when start Foxit PDF Reader" and "Default PDF Viewer" will become invalid.
NOTE: If enabled, all the setting items in Preferences>File Associations will be inaccessible.
